Westminister
Currently BGE’s only communications tower in Carroll County,
this site in the Finksburg area is located at a BGE service center. It is adjacent to
Maryland Route 140 and provides good coverage of a heavily traveled dual lane highway and
surrounding areas leading into the Westminster Business District. As in other
jurisdictions, Carroll County’s restrictive tower ordinance helps make this an
attractive site. There is plenty of shelter space. |
