Granite
BGE’s Granite tower is a 250’, four-legged,
self-supporting structure on land with a ground elevation of nearly 430’. Situated
among the rolling hills of western Baltimore County, it is adjacent to Patapsco Valley
State Park and will cover parts of Howard County as well. |

With a total AMSL of 769’, this radio tower facility is
excellent for paging applications. Situated in an upscale community in northern Baltimore
County, the tower overlooks the Dulaney Valley, Towson, Glen Arm and other nearby
communities. A small equipment structure sits adjacent to the tower and is adequate for a
number of paging cabinets. |

An excellent tower facility located in upper northern Baltimore
County, the tower is surrounded by upscale residential homes. Excellent coverage can be
had in the East Towson, Dulaney Valley/Manor Road areas, as well as surrounding Monkton
and Western Harford County communities. Site access is no problem and is within minutes of
major Interstate highways. Although the site is already home to paging and cellular
companies, prime space still exists on the tower. |

its close proximity to the Chesapeake Bay and nearby tributaries, the community is also
heavily populated by boating and marine enthusiasts, many of whom use wireless

County, near the Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County boundaries, between Interstates
895, 295, and 695, and only a stone’s throw from heavily travelled Maryland Route 2
in the Brooklyn area. Baltimore-Washington International Airport is less than three air
miles from Pumphrey. A large equipment building stands beside the tower. |
