self-supporting structure on land with a ground elevation of nearly 430. Situated
among the rolling hills of western Baltimore County, it is adjacent to Patapsco Valley

County, the tower is surrounded by upscale residential homes. Excellent coverage can be
had in the East Towson, Dulaney Valley/Manor Road areas, as well as surrounding Monkton
and Western Harford County communities. Site access is no problem and is within minutes of
major Interstate highways. Although the site is already home to paging and cellular
companies, prime space still exists on the tower. |
