Granite
BGE’s Granite tower is a 250’, four-legged, self-supporting structure on land with a ground elevation of nearly 430’. Situated among the rolling hills of western Baltimore County, it is adjacent to Patapsco Valley State Park and will cover parts of Howard County as well.

Long Green
With a total AMSL of 769’, this radio tower facility is excellent for paging applications. Situated in an upscale community in northern Baltimore County, the tower overlooks the Dulaney Valley, Towson, Glen Arm and other nearby communities. A small equipment structure sits adjacent to the tower and is adequate for a number of paging cabinets.

Manor
An excellent tower facility located in upper northern Baltimore County, the tower is surrounded by upscale residential homes. Excellent coverage can be had in the East Towson, Dulaney Valley/Manor Road areas, as well as surrounding Monkton and Western Harford County communities. Site access is no problem and is within minutes of major Interstate highways. Although the site is already home to paging and cellular companies, prime space still exists on the tower.

Mays Chapel (Fully Leased)
Adjacent to Interstate 83 in northern Baltimore County, the site provides excellent coverage of Cockeysville, Timonium, Lutherville and Hunt Valley. Nearby are heavily traveled arteries such as Falls Road, York Road and I-695. The area is also a booming commercial district, home to many prominent corporations and small businesses.

Northeast
BGE’s Northeast tower is located in Chase, Maryland very close to highly travelled U. S. Route 40 and Interstate 95 near the Essex, Middle River and White Marsh communities. Many commercial businesses are located in the area. Because of its close proximity to the Chesapeake Bay and nearby tributaries, the community is also heavily populated by boating and marine enthusiasts, many of whom use wireless communications while on the water.

Pumphrey
BGE’s Pumphrey tower site is located in southern Baltimore County, near the Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County boundaries, between Interstates 895, 295, and 695, and only a stone’s throw from heavily travelled Maryland Route 2 in the Brooklyn area. Baltimore-Washington International Airport is less than three air miles from Pumphrey. A large equipment building stands beside the tower.

This tower stands between I-95 and U. S. Route 40, just west of the Harford County line in northern Baltimore County. An excellent location providing solid coverage of the surrounding areas, the site boasts a large equipment shelter.

Riverside
Riverside tower is located just across the northeast side of the Francis Scott Key Bridge at Sollers Point. Bethlehem Steel, Dundalk Marine Terminal, industrial businesses and boating marinas are all within close proximity of the tower.

Rutherford Business Center (Fully Leased)
Located in one of the area’s premier business communities adjacent to I-695 in western Baltimore County, paging and cellular companies have discovered this to be a prime site for excellent coverage in the Woodlawn and Randallstown areas. A new equipment shelter was constructed at the site in 1995.

Viaduct
BGE’s Viaduct tower is a 180’ three-legged, self-supporting lattice tower. The tower can be seen high above heavily travelled Interstate 95, almost in the center of a triangle formed by Interstates 95, 195 and 895. The Baltimore- Washington International Airport and Baltimore Harbor Tunnel are close to the site.

Windy Edge
This is a really fine tower site located just outside the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) in northeast Baltimore County. A number of prominent wireless communications companies are located at the facility, which overlooks the Harford and Belair Road commercial corridors. To accomodate the increasing number of current and future customers, there is a large equipment building at the site.
